Demeray and Obervich run the clinic in Chiurgeon's slump. One's long-faced, with sagging skin, and a penchant for terrible puns, the other apparently likes numenera - so much he grafted an additional pair of hands and forearms to his elbows, plus a multitude of prosthetic eyes onto his head. They are both unlicensed surgeons and have outstanding warrants in several localities, getting around the... Limitations on their business by only doing to others what they would do to themselves.
