Broken Fathom is a location in Torment: Tides of Numenera.
Points of interest
You arrive here after First's Fathom is completed. You need to reconstruct the fathom, racing against the Changing God's taunts. The goal is to first access the stasis chamber in the center. You first need to reach the uppermost platform and press the human-shaped silhouette to enable cloning bodies (and learn how the Changing God manufactured them). Then make your way back to the platform you arrived on and send your clone to activate the previous console. Access the stasis chamber.
You now return to the Dark Fathom, to confront the Changing God.
