The Seechar Observation Pod is a large, observational structure within the underwater city of Minifera.
Background
Attached to a flexible, extendable stalk, the Observation Pod soars high above the cityscape. Depending on what its observing as well as the surrounding water conditions, its long stalk will either continually contract or lengthen to where it can even pierce the surface of the ocean. Its chief far looker is a female naiadan called Irisis, who keeps repairing the multitude of machines and dyremmi constructs that perform many different routine observations. Strangely enough, Irisis also seems to know every single naiadan and naiadapt citizen on a personal level, while the latter know her only by reputation alone. If one wishes to keep secrets in Minifera, she's the one to bribe. Otherwise, if one wishes to know any secrets of the city, she'll be divulge them.[1]
