When powered , the axe blade is covered in a thin layer of extraordinarily sharp ice that bites deep into foes.
Lore: Mystical: Trained: Legends tell of young Kell, who found this axe in its original shape. His belief was that this device would finally allow his vengeance on the fire wights of Ossiphagan. He refashioned the material into a blade and fastened it to a pole, etching into it characters written in a tongue no other could decipher. Event his mighty weapon could not stand against the fire wights, but it has served in many battles since, deadly against all other foes.
