Overview
Unlocks conversation options and +15% bonus per level on difficult tasks marked with this skill. Inability confers -15% penalty.
Visual, aural, and even olfactory acuity. Allows the character to notice things others would miss.
Availability
The skill can be selected during character creation by the Jack.
