The Obelisk of the Water God is a mysterious, floating structure in the kingdom of Navarene.
Background
Clearly related in some way to the Amber Monolith, this obelisk floats above a region called the Garrathol in the foothills of the Black Riage. Garrathol means "delta" in the now-dead Shume language, even though the area is hundreds of miles inland. The meaning is appropriate because the obelisk draws water into itself from the nearby Tithe River, creating its own sort of delta basin.[1]
