Motley is a character in Torment: Tides of Numenera.

Stunted and piebald with a large, hairless head, this humanoid reminds you of a court jester. But unlike those half-wits, his wide violet eyes sparkle with cunning and intelligence, and you wonder what's going on in his large dome. Motley is the leader of the Children of the Endless Gate in the Valley of Dead Heroes. He is currently locked out of the Endless Gate portal in one of the Necropolis tombs, as one of the Memorialists placed a whisperlock on the console leading inside.
Endless Horror: You need to deal with Motley to enter the Necropolis tombs. This is tied to The Caretaker's Riddle quest, which requires prying the code to the terminal from one of the Memorialists.
