The Kraulianas Mountains are a range of tall mountains within the Explorable Region of the Gloaming.
Background
The mountains house 2 intelligent, indigenous species called the hrill and the baerastor. The hrill are air-breathing cephalopods that climb along the trees and scale up rocky ledges with ease, while the baerastor are only 3 ft. in height and lack heads and holding mouths among other sensory organs in the palms of their hands, despite otherwise looking humanoid in shape. Neither of the two group shave need for weapons or tools. The hrill are migratory by nature while baerastor make permanent homes in either caves or narrow ravines. The 2 races feed on each other, and are also considered not sophisticated enough to fully comprehend the rules and regulations of the Confederation of Iltegu. Consequently, neither are part of that nation. Despite this standing however, the latter does still pay it lip service and both the hrill and baraestor peoples have become trained in the Ubiquity language. On occasion, other members of the confederation will even head into the mountains in order to try and civilize one or both groups. Unfortunately, this will often end in failure.[1]
