Gravitational Overseer is a Ranged Heavy Artifact weapon in Torment: Tides of Numenera.
Description
This blue metal device is made up of a complex array of discs facing outward, with a long tapering end to point at your target. Controls have been cobbled onto the alien device. When aimed at the target, an amount of the victim's bodily fluid blood compresses - while still in their body - before being drawn at high velocity into the device.
The machine heats up momentarily. The fluid captured by the Overseer does not appear to be manifest anywhere, and it is not clear where it goes.
