Blood of the Elements is a Cypher of equipment in Torment: Tides of Numenera.

A shifting substance fills this ordinary glass vial, existing in many states at the same time. Sometimes, it is a blue liquid or a lump of solid black before subtly becoming purple electrified plasma or a pure white gas. Every phase is so quick, so short, it is impossible to be sure if the change is real, if the substance exists in every state at once, or if it even exists at all. There is a small inscription around the edges of the vial's cork, the letters fading in and out of view as if engraved using a similar substance. It probably, possibly, maybe spells out "Blood of the Elements." One can only wonder what would happen if someone were to consume a substance such as this.
