The Observant Speck is a character in Torment: Tides of Numenera.

Background

In a shadowy corner of the shrine lurks an old woman, so tiny and unremarkable that she blends into the gloom. She's been watching you since you arrived, following you with bright, intense eyes. You notice that one of her arms is missing at the elbow. The Speck is the caretaker of the shrine and one of the Bloom's inhabitants most attuned to the thoughts of the great creature.
