Casmeen is a character in Torment: Tides of Numenera.

As you approach the clock, there is a pause in the argument the duo next to it are having. The petite woman turns toward you. Her hair is unusual - a light, almost-yellow color - and her bright eyes dominate her pretty face. Casmeen manages the day-to-day operations of the Cult at Saugus Cliffs.

Quests[edit | edit source]
- Fallen To Earth: Casmeen and Mimeon greet you and ask all about what happened to you. After explaining it to them and arranging for the fixing of the Circus clock by you, they tell you that a castoff built the resonance chamber, so maybe another castoff could help you. There are two in Sagus Cliffs - Matkina and Riastrad.
