Divinities of the like of Ahl are supposedly common in this place. There is different type of such gods. Some are of health, hearth and home. Others of road and roam. These gods lives in inanimate objects, often kept in a home, providing council or just listing to the worry of the townsfolk. A family is considered poor when they don't dispose of one.
